It adopts front-edge suction feeding, adjustable air volume, and the main machine fan uses frequency conversion control, with PLC human-machine interface operation and adjustment.
◆ The machine adopts a modular design, and each unit can be combined according to usage requirements. The units are pneumatically locked and electrically connected/disconnected. The phase of each unit is adjusted using PLC, touchscreen, and electric digital 360-degree adjustment, and can be adjusted both statically and dynamically.
◆ The feeding section uses a roller-type paper feeding system. Generally, warped cardboard and thin cardboard can be smoothly completed. It has a sheet-skipping feeding mode to ensure the production of larger-sized cardboard.
◆ The printing section uses a pneumatic double-sided diaphragm pump for ink supply, pneumatic plate lifting, automatic ink distribution, and plate hanging device. It has ink shortage alarm and automatic zero return device.
◆ The slotting section adopts a dual system operation of human-machine interface and buttons. It can store orders, and the box height and width are adjusted electrically.
◆ The die-cutting section's rubber pad has an automatic disengagement function when not die-cutting. It also has a differential speed compensation and left-right movement device.
◆ All shafts have undergone dynamic balancing treatment and correction, and the shaft surface is hard chrome-plated.
◆ The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, with high-frequency rolling and fire teeth treatment, cross-slider transmission, and keyless ring connection.

Feeding Section
◆ Front-edge feeding method, air volume can be adjusted according to the degree of cardboard bending. Ensures smooth feeding, mechanical or German servo optional. Main motor start protection device, the main machine cannot be started if the machine is not fixed. ◆ Continuous or sheet-skipping feeding is possible. ◆ Double feed rubber rollers, rubber rollers have anti-overpressure grooves to reduce the flattening of the fed cardboard. ◆ Electric digital control of the left and right baffle positions. (Pneumatic automatic alignment can be added) Rear baffle electric adjustment, front baffle gap manual synchronous adjustment. ◆ Dust removal device, dust removal brush and suction fan can remove dust from the surface of the cardboard. The dust removal air outlet can be adjusted in sections according to the size of the cardboard. ◆ Electronic counting can set the production volume, and an alarm will be triggered when the set production volume is reached. (If touchscreen control is selected, the production volume can be displayed directly on the touchscreen)
Printing Section
◆ Quick plate changing device, when loading and unloading printing plates, the foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate roller. ◆ The printing unit phase adjustment uses PLC and electric digital input 360-degree adjustment, with inverter control of the phase motor, adjustable during both shutdown and operation. ◆ The printing unit impression adjustment uses PLC and electric digital adjustment, with an adjustment range of ±10mm. ◆ Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic braking mechanism. When the unit is separated for adjustment or cleaning, the braking mechanism limits gear rotation, keeping the original gear position fixed. ◆ The anilox roller uses a pneumatic lifting device that works with the paper feeding system (during paper feeding, the anilox roller automatically drops in unit order; when paper feeding stops, it automatically rises in unit order). ◆ Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatic circulation, water cleaning. ◆ Cleaning plate memory function, can return to the original printing position after cleaning the printing plate.
Die-cutting unit
◆ The rubber pad roller moves horizontally via a mechanical screw mechanism, with a travel distance of 40mm. ◆ The die-cutting unit phase uses PLC and electric digital 360° adjustment, with inverter control of the phase motor, adjustable during both shutdown and operation. ◆ The die-cutting roller impression movement uses PLC and electric digital input adjustment, with an adjustment range of ±10mm. ◆ The gap adjustment between the rubber pad roller and the die-cutting roller uses a self-locking structure and is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for large-range quick adjustment, reducing rubber pad damage and increasing rubber pad service life. ◆ The paper feed roller gap adjustment uses a self-locking structure. ◆ Differential compensation device, allowing the urethane roller to slide with the plate roller, so that the surface speed of the rubber pad roller is controlled by the die, making the die-cut carton exactly match the die shape. ◆ The machine is equipped with a urethane roller correction device, allowing the urethane roller to be repeatedly adjusted and reused.
