This machine can complete one-color to multicolor printing, slitting, creasing, trimming, slotting, mitering, punching, die-cutting and other multiple processes in one go.
◆ This machine can complete one-color to multicolor printing, slitting, creasing, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, punching, die-cutting and other multiple processes at one time. It adopts front-edge suction feeding, adjustable air volume, and the main machine fan uses frequency conversion control, with PLC human-machine interface operation and adjustment.
◆ The machine adopts a modular design, and each unit can be combined according to usage requirements. The units are pneumatically locked and electrically separated and combined. The phase of each unit is adjusted using a PLC and a touch screen and an electric digital 360-degree adjustment, both static and dynamic adjustments are possible.
◆ The feeding section uses a glue-type paper pulling mechanism, and generally warped cardboard and thin cardboard can be smoothly processed. It has a skip-sheet feeding mode to ensure the production of large-sized cardboard.
◆ The printing section uses a pneumatic bidirectional diaphragm pump for ink supply, pneumatic plate lifting, automatic ink spreading, and plate hanging device. It has an ink shortage alarm and an automatic zero-return device.
◆ The slotting section adopts a dual-system operation of human-machine interface and buttons, can store orders, and the box height and width are adjusted electrically (optional servo).
◆ The die-cutting section's rubber pad has an automatic disengagement function when not die-cutting. It also has a differential compensation and left-right movement device.
◆ Each shaft roller has undergone dynamic balance processing and correction, and the roller surface is hard chrome-plated.
◆ The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel with high-frequency rolling and fire-quenching tooth processing, using a cross slide transmission and keyless ring connection.
◆ Spray-type automatic lubrication and oil level balance system.

Feeding Section
◆ Front-edge feeding method, air volume can be adjusted according to the degree of cardboard bending. Ensure smooth feeding, mechanical or German servo optional. ◆ Main motor start protection device; the main machine cannot start if the machine is not fixed. ◆ Continuous or skip-sheet double feeding. ◆ Paper rubber rollers, rubber rollers have anti-overpressure grooves to reduce the flattening of the fed cardboard. ◆ Electric digital control of the left and right baffle positions (pneumatic automatic alignment can be added). The rear baffle is electrically adjusted, and the front baffle gap is manually synchronously adjusted. ◆ Dust removal device, dust removal brush and suction fan can remove dust from the surface of the cardboard. The dust removal air outlet can be adjusted sectionally according to the cardboard size. ◆ Electronic counting can set the production quantity, and an alarm will be triggered when the set quantity is reached. (If touch screen control is selected, the production quantity can be directly displayed on the touch screen)
Printing Section
◆ Quick plate changing device, when installing and removing the printing plate, the foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate roller. ◆ The adjustment of the printing unit phase uses PLC and electric digital input 360-degree adjustment, with a frequency converter control for the phase motor, which can be adjusted during shutdown and operation. ◆ The lateral adjustment of the printing unit uses PLC and electric digital adjustment, with an adjustment range of ±10mm. ◆ Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic braking mechanism. When the unit is separated for adjustment or cleaning, the braking mechanism limits the rotation of the gears and maintains the original gear position fixation point. ◆ The anilox roller uses a pneumatic lifting device that matches the paper feeding system (when feeding paper, the anilox roller automatically drops in unit order, and automatically rises in unit order when paper feeding stops). ◆ Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatic circulation, water cleaning. ◆ Plate wiping memory function, can return to the original printing position after cleaning the printing plate.
Die-cutting Section
◆ The rubber pad roller moves horizontally mechanically and spirally, with a movement distance of 40mm. ◆ The die-cutting roller phase adopts PLC and electric digital 360° adjustment, with frequency converter control for the phase motor, which can be adjusted during shutdown and operation. ◆ The die-cutting roller's longitudinal movement adopts PLC and electric digital input adjustment, with an adjustment range of ±10mm. ◆ The gap adjustment between the rubber pad roller and the die-cutting roller adopts a self-locking structure and is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for large-range rapid adjustment, reducing rubber pad damage and increasing rubber pad service life. ◆ The paper feeding roller gap adjustment adopts a self-locking structure. ◆ Differential compensation device, which allows the pressure sensitive rubber roller to slide with the plate roller, so that the surface speed of the rubber pad roller is controlled by the die, making the die-cut carton exactly match the shape of the die. ◆ The machine is equipped with a pressure sensitive rubber correction device, which can be used after repeated corrections of the pressure sensitive rubber.
