    ◆ All machines, electrical components, and computer software use internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable and reliable quality; with a human-machine interface, multiple touch screens for control, computer order management, easy operation, and faster order changes (999 orders can be pre-stored).

    ◆ The machine wall panels and important components are all subjected to time-effect treatment and tempering to eliminate internal metal stress; they are all manufactured using high-precision machining centers and ground using CNC grinders.

    ◆ The machine shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, ground, and corrected with high-precision computer dynamic balancing, with hard chrome plating on the surface.

    ◆ All transmission gears of the machine use 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenched, with a hardness of HRC58~62; they are gear-ground, with 6th-grade precision, ensuring high color registration accuracy during long-term use.

    ◆ All transmission parts (shaft, gear connection) of the machine use keyless connections (shrink fit), eliminating connection gaps and suitable for high-torque, long-term high-speed operation.

    ◆ The machine transmission bearings and important transmission components all use reinforced self-aligning bearings, making maintenance easier and extending service life. (Using three major brands: "Harvalo")

    ◆ The machine lubrication system uses a spray-type automatic lubrication system and is equipped with an automatic balancing device to maintain the same oil level in each unit.

    Paperboard Section Introduction

    Paper Feeding Section

    ◆ Front-edge paper feeding method, the air volume can be adjusted according to the degree of bending of the paperboard to ensure smooth paper feeding, mechanical or German servo optional.
    ◆ Main motor start protection device, the main unit cannot start if the machine is not fixed.
    ◆ Continuous or single sheet feeding
    ◆ Double feed rubber rollers, the rubber grippers have anti-overpressure grooves to reduce the flattening of the fed paperboard.
    ◆ Electric digital control of the left and right baffle positions. (Pneumatic automatic alignment can be added) Electric adjustment of the rear baffle, manual synchronous adjustment of the front baffle gap.
    ◆ Dust removal device, the dust removal brush and suction fan can remove dust from the surface of the paperboard. The dust removal vents can be adjusted sectionally according to the paperboard size.
    ◆ Electronic counting can set the production volume, and an alarm will be triggered when the set production volume is reached. (If touch screen control is selected, the production volume can be directly displayed on the touch screen)

    Printing Section

    ◆ Quick plate changing device, when installing and removing printing plates, a foot switch electrically controls the forward and reverse rotation of the plate roller.
    ◆ Printing phase adjustment uses PLC and electric digital input 360-degree phase adjustment motor inverter control, which can be adjusted during shutdown and operation.
    ◆ Printing width adjustment uses PLC and electric digital adjustment, adjustment range ±10mm.
    ◆ Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic braking mechanism, when the unit is separated for adjustment or cleaning, the braking mechanism limits the gear rotation, maintaining the original gear position fixed point.
    ◆ The textured roller uses a pneumatic lifting device that cooperates with the paper feeding system (when feeding paper, the textured rollers automatically lower in unit order, and automatically rise in unit order when paper feeding stops).
    ◆ Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking, automatic circulation, water cleaning.
    ◆ Plate wiping memory function, after cleaning the printing plate, it can return to the original printing position.

    Die-cutting Section

    ◆ The rubber pad gripper moves horizontally mechanically and spirally, with a travel distance of 40mm.
    ◆ Die-cutting gripper phase uses PLC and electric digital 360 adjustment, phase motor inverter control, adjustable during shutdown and operation.
    ◆ The horizontal movement of the die-cutting roller uses PLC and electric digital input adjustment, adjustment range ±10mm.
    ◆ The gap adjustment between the rubber pad roller and the die-cutting roller uses a self-locking structure and is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for large-range quick adjustment, reducing rubber pad damage and increasing rubber pad service life.
    ◆ The paper feeding roller gap adjustment uses a self-locking structure.
    ◆ Differential compensation device, which allows the pressure roller to slide with the plate roller, so that the surface speed of the rubber pad roller is controlled by the die, making the die-cut carton and the die shape completely consistent.
    ◆ The machine is equipped with a urethane adhesive correction device, allowing for repeated adjustments and reuse of the urethane adhesive.
