Functions and Features
◆ This machine can complete one-color to multicolor printing, slitting, creasing, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, punching, die-cutting and other multiple processes in one pass. It adopts leading-edge paper feeding, with adjustable air volume. The main machine fan uses frequency conversion control, and the operation is adjusted via a PLC human-machine interface.
◆ The machine adopts a modular design, and each unit can be combined according to usage requirements. The units are pneumatically locked and electrically connected/disconnected. The phase of each unit is adjusted using a PLC and touch screen and an electric digital 360-degree adjustment, which can be adjusted both statically and dynamically. The paper feeding section uses a rubber roller for paper feeding, and even generally warped cardboard and thin cardboard can be processed smoothly. It has a skip-sheet feeding mode to ensure the production of larger cardboard.
◆ The printing section uses a pneumatic double-sided diaphragm pump for ink supply, pneumatic plate lifting, automatic ink distribution, and plate mounting device. It has an ink shortage alarm and an automatic zero return device.
◆ The slotting section adopts a dual system operation of human-machine interface and buttons. It can store orders. The box height and width are adjusted electrically.
◆ The die-cutting section's rubber pad has an automatic disengagement function when not die-cutting. It also has a differential speed compensation and a left and right movement device.
◆ All shafts have undergone dynamic balancing and correction, and the shaft surface is hard chrome-plated.
◆ The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel with high-frequency quenching and tooth grinding, using a cross-slider transmission and keyless ring connection.
◆ Spray-type automatic lubrication, oil level balance system.
